We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Jake Roberts as our Chief Executive Officer.
Jake succeeds Duncan Williams, our President and Founder, who has moved into a strategic role with a focus on product development.
With an extensive background in Electrical Engineering, Jake began at Excool working on software development, supporting onsite commissioning and leading the team on the ground for our first major US project.
Since being appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2024, Jake has spearheaded our global expansion with a focus on significant market growth in the US, rapidly increasing global technician coverage and manufacturing capacity.
We now have offices in 5 locations, the UK, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore and the US, employing hundreds of technicians globally.
