Depending on your needs, our team can carry out commissioning either on-site or remotely. This flexibility ensures we meet the specific requirements of each commissioning step, as well as the conditions of your site or equipment.

Although unit and site requirements may vary slightly, we generally break the commissioning process down into the following five steps:

Level 1 – Factory Witness Testing: First, we conduct a Factory Witness Test (also known as a Factory Acceptance Test or FAT). During this phase, we rigorously test units under simulated real-life and extreme conditions—including ambient temperatures up to 55°C dry bulb and 35°C wet bulb. This ensures our cooling solutions perform optimally, no matter the climate

Level 2 – Pre-Start Checks: Next, we perform routine inspections of the equipment. These checks are essential to confirm that everything is safe, functioning properly, and operating at peak performance before proceeding to the next stage.

Level 3 – Start-up and Component Testing: After completing pre-start checks, we isolate and test individual components. This step allows us to verify that each part functions as designed and helps us identify and resolve any issues early on.

Level 4 – Site Acceptance Testing: Then, we move to on-site testing in the equipment’s actual operational environment. At this stage, we confirm that the entire system performs correctly under real-world conditions.

Level 5 – Integrated Systems Testing: Finally, we conduct a comprehensive validation to ensure that all equipment functions together seamlessly within the larger system. This final step provides confidence that the full setup operates reliably and meets all performance expectations.
