Apprenticeships are an invaluable part of Excool’s recruitment process. With our journey beginning in a rural town, we are committed to investing back into our local community, like giving apprentices the tools and qualifications needed to kickstart their careers. Our Finance and Electrical teams have recruited the most apprentices to date, with many staying with Excool to continue a burgeoning career in data center cooling.
When an apprentice joins us, their manager works closely with them to create a clear development plan. We work with a variety of providers to find the most appropriate apprenticeship course, ensuring that whatever course chosen will give them the skills and confidence to continue their career. We have previously worked with Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association, Heart of Worcestershire College and Birmingham Electrical Training.
