Excool Announces Expansion with New State-of-the-Art Factory in Bromsgrove

Excool, a leader in energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centers, is excited to announce the opening of our new manufacturing facility in Bromsgrove. This expansion enhances our impressive 180,000 square feet manufacturing capabilities and introduces a state-of-the-art Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) facility. This significant development allows for multiple production lines, enabling the simultaneous production of various cooling solutions including Chillers, CDUs (Cooling Distribution Units), and IDECs (Indirect Evaporative Cooling Systems).

The new Bromsgrove factory is designed to serve as a blueprint for future facilities, setting a benchmark in manufacturing excellence and innovation. It features advanced technologies and systems that streamline production processes, increase efficiency, and ensure the highest quality of our products.

"Our new facility not only expands our production capabilities but also embodies our commitment to innovation and quality," said Jon Pettitt, CEO of Excool. "With this expansion, we are poised to meet the growing demand for our cooling solutions globally, particularly as the market expands and AI continues to drive data center development forward."

Excool is already in the planning stages for our next facility, underscoring our commitment to growth and our proactive response to the rapidly evolving needs of the data center industry. The new FAT testing facility within the Bromsgrove site allows us to conduct comprehensive in-house testing of our products to ensure they meet the rigorous standards required by our customers before they are shipped.

This expansion is a testament to Excool’s dedication to leading the cooling industry through continuous improvement and innovation.

Our solutions are specifically designed to meet the dynamic needs of modern data centers, offering energy efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
